Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply for the general use of the Website www.sitrithebrand.com and any of its related services. The Agreement governs the sale, the ordering, and the access to www.sitrinthebrand.com (Website) belonging to the Brand SITRIN temporary based at Rua do Campo nr.15, 5470-065 Gralhos. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all this Terms and Conditions. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services.

 

ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

You must be at least 18 years or have your legal guardian’s prior consent to use the Website and Services. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill.

 

ORDERING AT SITRIN

You can place an order at the Website www.sitrinthebrand.com from your computer of mobile phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All the products can be ordered by completing the checkout process. Once this process completed, we will confirm that the order has been received at SITRIN by sending you an email with the subject “Order Confirmation” (please check your spam box if not received). This email will contain all the information related to your order, the price (including VAT) and shipping cost and a PDF containing your purchase bill. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been sent to the Delivery Service Company.

 

DELIVERIES

All the ordered products will be delivered to the indicated address by the Consumer. For Deliveries in Portugal we estimate approximately 5 to 7 days and for Deliveries outside Portugal (EU Countries) the delivery process can be estimated between 5 to 10 days. For more information regarding deliveries or to track your Order please contact customerservice@sitrinthebrand.com. Please be advised that all deliveries times on the Website are estimated and that we will do our best to deliver your Order as quickly as possible. Once you place your Order a tracking code will be provide to you so you can track your Order via CTT. If you detect any damage on the packaging or the product, any discrepancy in the number of items or in the indications contained in the delivery note, you must notify us hereof in writing, report such damage or discrepancy in the delivery note to be returned to the delivery company. PAYMENTS

All prices on the Website are inclusive of VAT and shipping costs (except for products priced under 150 euros). If any additional costs and expenses, such as delivery costs are necessary (outside Portugal), you will be informed at the checkout process. Payments of ordered products can be made by using one of the payment methods offered on the Website. Be advised that the payment service is provided by a third part service and that they have their own terms of use. Please ensure that you understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions for use of the selected payment service prior to using such third part payment services. The price for the products and any corresponding costs for shipping and delivery (as indicated in the order) will be charged to the chosen payment method when the ordered products are shipped. Prices are all quoted in Euro (€) and the change of country may have influence on the prices (Switzerland CHF).

 

PRODUCT PRESENTATION

All images on the website www.sitrinthebrand.com were taken with the aim of presenting the best quality and providing an excellent perception of the product to help the Customer with the choice of purchase. However, Sitrin will not take responsibility for the quality of the Customers device that can result in a change of color or a different presentation of the fabric. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

For the resolution of any disputes arising from the validity, conclusion, execution, non-compliance, cancellation or interpretation of the Purchase Contract, the Lisbon District Court is exclusively competent, without prejudice to the applicable mandatory legal rules.

Sitrin informs the consumer that a European platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (the so-called ODR platform) has been established. The ODR platform can be consulted at the following address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/); through the ODR platform, the consumer can consult the list of ODR entities, find the link to the website of each of them and initiate an online dispute resolution procedure for the dispute in which they are involved.
