Returns Policy

Sitrin recognises that all its customers have the right to terminate their contracts with it, allowing them to return products purchased within 14 (fourteen) days under the terms of the Portuguese legal regime for distance and off-premises contracts (Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, amended by Law no. 47/2014 of 28 July and Decree-Law no. 78/2018 of 15 October).

CONDITIONS

In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Sitrin of their decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending the “Free withdrawal” form contained in part B of the annex to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, in the current wording resulting from the aforementioned legislation, or by any other unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract, sent with proof of receipt, to the email customerservice@sitrinthebrand.com, indicating the number of the order or the document that accompanied it.
In the event of cancellation of the contract, the customer is obliged to return the products, in perfect condition and accompanied by the invoice, no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed Sitrin of the free cancellation of the contract, bearing all return costs.

In the event of cancellation of the contract, the customer will be refunded all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive normal shipping method offered by Sitrin, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt by Sitrin of the notice of cancellation, and the refund may be withheld until the products have been received or the customer has provided proof of the return of the products.
Products can only be returned and therefore the customer will only be refunded the payments made if the products are returned by the customer in good condition and with the original packaging complete and unopened, as well as any accessories or promotional offers that were sent with the products.

Defective products and mistaken shipments may be returned, and Sitrin will be responsible for the shipping and collection costs if the customer communicates this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product and these circumstances are confirmed by the Sitrin team.
Sitrin will not accept the return of products after they have been used or opened, or in the event that they have been altered or modified, as well as in the other applicable situations provided for in article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, in the current wording resulting from the aforementioned diplomas.
Sitrin is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or causes of force majeure.
